On the grounds of the La Quinta Resort and Spa, the Spa Villas are one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums which may be put into the rental pool at the Resort itself. Once in the program, the unit is rented out by the hotel for the prevailing room rate; a portion of the proceeds then goes to the owner.
